Short-term consulting services are aimed at examining the existing practices of the company and based on the findings envisage elaboration of recommendations and further assistance in their implementation. The assistance can be provided in:

- Quality Management System in line with international standard ISO 9001:2015 (generic – for any company and sector);
- Food Safety Management System according to international standard ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRCGS (applicable to the food chain);
- Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 22000:2018/FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015 (applicable to the food chain);
- Good Agricultural Practices in line with GLOBALG.A.P. requirements (fresh fruits and vegetables)'
- Food Safety Management System tailored to wine sector based on the local legislation and international best practices (covers GMP assessment, introduction of GHPs and documentation of SOPs, trainings, record-keeping practices, etc.)
