Food Safety Manual for Catering Establishments (2nd edition) - 2021
"Food Safety Manual for Catering Establishments" was developed by GDCI specialists to support the introduction of food safety standards in catering organizations. While the Manual mainly is targeted to the large and medium sized organizations, it can also be used by small catering establishments.
The Manual was elaborated in cooperation with the National Food Agency and Private Sector Development and Technical Vocational Education and Training South Caucasus (PSD TVET SC) Programme, that is implemented by the responsible Ministries of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, acting on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Food Safety Manual for Small Wineries - 2019
The publication developed by GDCI specialists aims to promote the implementation of food safety standards in small enterprises operating in the wine and wine tourism sector, to increase the quality of wine and service delivered to customers.

GDCI initiated developmet of Food Safety Manual designed specifically for small and medium size dairy chain representatives, including farms, milk collection centers, processors, distributors/retailers. The manual describes the General Hygiene Rules with due consideration of specifics of the dairy sector and provides samples of the SOPs and HACCP plan.

Food Safety: Survey of Traders, processors and consumers in tbilisi and samtskhe-javakheti - 2010
In order to get insights into consumer knowledge, awareness, demands and purchasing practices with regards to the safety and quality of dairy and meat products in Georgia, Caucasus Research Resource Center-Georgia (CRRC) in cooperation with Mercy Corps and GDCI Ltd. undertook survey of traders, processors and consumers in Tbilisi and Samtskhe-Javakheti. COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS - June, 2009
Cost-benefit analysis on the introduction and implementation of food safety management systems was conducted by GDCI team within the framework of the Eurasia Partnership Fund Project "Improvement of Food Safety Standards in Georgia" supported by USAID. The results of the survey are available in Georgian.
