Education: MBA awarded by IEDC, Bled School of Management, Slovenia. In 2007 successfully completed IRCA certified course for Lead Auditors on ISO 22000:2005 (delivered by Bureau Veritas, Ukraine)
Experience: 20-year progressively developing professional career record built up while working at various local and international organizations in the capacity of HR Manager, Grants Manager, Project Manager and Management Consultant. Since 2004 working in the area of Food Safety and Quality Management. Since 2006 Co-founder and Director of GDCI as well as the invited consultant of FAO and IFC on food safety management issues.

Education: MSc in International Business Management, University of Kent (UK). Completed Master's thesis:“Translating strategy into action through the Balanced Scorecard and the role of Quality Management System in its successful implementation”.
Experience: In 1999-2005 worked as Procurement Manager, Head of Administration and Quality Management Specialist at the Center for Enterprise Restructuring and Management Assistance (CERMA). In 2004-2007 – Food Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist at AgVANTAGE, ACDI/VOCA – Georgia. Since 2006 Co-founder and Project Manager of GDCI. During 2006-2010 IRCA Certified Auditor, ISO 9001:2000/2008.
